The three sculptors visually communicate that one does not need an impressive material to create something spectacular.

While exploring the materials to build the sculptures, I wanted to focus on changing the perception of the materials because, not everyone is the same, so why should we all perceive things the same way. I decided to use a simple and delicate material such as paper and use it in a brutalist style. I felt the work was lacking, or missing something, so I added more onto it changing the ways of connections and flow.

I want to keep exploring even more ways are can transform materials by using them unexpectedly. The making of this work exposed me to new ideas such as not connecting all parts of my sculptures.
